CompatibleOne Designer: Taking into account user requirements

User requirements take the form of a manifest file, precisely describing the required services in terms of both technical and economical criteria. Additionally the manifest may indicate particular constraints that are to be respected . The structure of the manifest file corresponds to the model described by CORDS (CompatibleOne Resource Description Schema). This model is based on OCCI (Open Cloud Computing Interface).
